Host an Affinity Group
Affinity groups are organized spaces for Reform Conference attendees to gather by identity, geography, political/organizing issue, and interests.
Affinity groups provide time and space for Reform Conference attendees who work within a common issue, or align with a political analysis, or share a common identity to gather for conversation.
Priority will be given to groups seeking to gather, share insights, and seek feedback about drug policy reform and harm reduction organizing opportunities, reflect about the conference experience, or general social networking rather than for panel presentations or formal moderated discussions.
Affinity groups can be scheduled:
- Thursday, November 13 in the evening after 6:00pm
- Friday, November 14 in the morning ending by 9:00am
- Friday, November 14 in the evening after 6:00pm
- Saturday, November 15 in the morning ending by 9:30am
There are seven breakout rooms available in each of the above timeslots.
Affinity group conveners and attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging, and registration fees.
